Marketplace Purpose

The Marketplace connects customers with independent Florida cottage food operators. Products offered through the Marketplace are manufactured and fulfilled by independent sellers.

Eligibility

Sellers must:

• Operate from Florida.
• Offer only approved Florida cottage food products.
• Provide accurate application information.
• Complete identity verification.
• Maintain an active Stripe Connect account.

Exclusive Specialty Categories

Each approved seller may reserve one exclusive specialty category. The Marketplace reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or deny specialty reservations.

Orders

Orders are fulfilled by independent sellers. Customers acknowledge that production, shipping, local pickup, and delivery timelines are controlled by the seller.

Limitation of Liability

The Marketplace is not responsible for product quality, shipping delays, ingredient suitability, or seller conduct.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.
