By becoming a seller you agree to the following:
You certify that all products offered comply with Florida cottage food laws.
You are approved for a single specialty category only. Sale of products outside your approved category may result in suspension.
The Marketplace may disable ordering if annual gross sales reported through the platform approach or exceed applicable Florida cottage food limits.
All sellers must maintain an active Stripe Connect account.
Seller agrees to defend and indemnify the Marketplace for claims arising from products, fulfillment, labeling, or business operations.
